A great experience in trying times

After a very poor experience with another dealer, I talked with the folks at Brandfon and was pleased with their dealership and the way they do business. I visited the showroom and talked with a salesman who was honest and forthright as well as apologetic about the fact that they had no stock of Santa Cruzes. I was given the option to place a deposit on one of the vehicle in transit to Branfon to reserve the car, which I did. The actual delivery took a little longer than originally projected but when the car arrived at the dealership, they went out of their way to prep and deliver it to me as soon as possible.

I bought the car I wanted for a non-inflated price and received a fair price value for my trade without drama. What more could one ask for? I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Hyundai.

New cars are hard to come by these days. We were in the market for a new car for my wife, unable to find a car in our budget. Our salesman Kris Singh was great... we met and told him what we wanted and what we could afford to pay. Weeks went by, Kris periodically checked in... then Kris called with a new car that fit our budget. He picked us up at our house and walked us thru the entire procedure. I'm also in a sales position and Kris' follow up is exemplary. Look him up if you're in the market for a new car

Friendly and Knowledgable

The staff at Brandfon Hyundai was amazing from start to finish. Elaine Tryjada did not give up on us and continued calling us (in a non annoying way) to give us updates on the model we wanted that they had coming in along with the particular colors. She was aware we wanted black exterior and interior and when she heard it was coming in she quickly called us and locked it in for us. We then had the pleasure of working with Malcolm Alsobrook who was extremely knowledgable. We did a test ride and he explained the ins and outs of our soon to be new car. He truly made us feel like we belonged in a car like this. This brought us to our final step in the process with Mike Canty, who was extremely patient with us in explaining our options.

Brandfon Hyundai team, thank you so much for our very positive experience and new SUV.
