Customer Oriented Staff

Staff is highly trained and focused towards customer satisfaction. They were concerned about me all the time. Access to the facility is easy, as well as parking zones reserved for customers only. Restrooms are easy to spot and are kept clean. The dealer always have a seat for me as well as complimentary snacks and drinks. The type of service Puente Hills Hyundai offers is honest; employees tell you exactly what your car needs. Never take advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars or car repairs. I specially want to highlight the kindness and professionalism of Javer Esquivel. who always give a prompt, courteous and accurate service. I have bought two vehicles here and have no doubt to recommend visiting this dealer. I am so grateful for what they have done for me and to my cars.

Car Problem!!

Wow, thank you so much Javer for your prompt attention to my car problem. Had my car tested, it turned out just needed tires, then a little work under the hood work, and now running a lot better. Had no hassle, everything was taken care of and very nice, helpful people in the Puente Hill Hyundai dealer.

Great Service

A little frustrating to have my car towed for the second time on the same day after addressing the battery discharge issue on my Sonata Hybrid. However, Javer took good care of the car on the second day and delivered it to my work.

Thank you Service Manager Mr. Chan Park (smile)!

I brought my car in on the 6TH. The Service Manager, Mr. Chan Park, told me the rear brakes (rotor and drums) and the rear shocks needed replacing. I trust Mr. Chan Park to keep my car running at minimal cost (smile). He has done that for the majority of the time since I bought my Elantra new in 2003. He told me to bring it back on the 11TH. He had to order parts. I came in at 8:30. He told me it would be ready by 1 P.M. I walked to the Buddhist Temple and scoped it out. Even enjoyed lunch there (smile). I returned at 1:40. The car was ready. Mr. Chan Park remembered to give me my free oil change. He even remembered to replace the missing cap for the steering fluid. Of course my car had been washed. I forgot to check, but I am sure they still have free hot dogs and popcorn (smile). I have known Mr. Chan Park for 15 years. He is most courteous, knowledgeable, and fair (smile). Thank you so very much once again, Mr. Chan Park (smile)!
