Fast friendly service and Javier is a great advisor!
Xavier always goes out of his way to make sure that I am very well taken care of that I feel like an important customer and then you kicked me addresses all of my card service me as a result I went on from my 2011 Sonata purchase a 2014 SS and a 2015 Genesis by firstly I intend to renew my lease in February with another find Genesis or Hyundai vehicle and it's because of the great service I received from people like Javier. I'm also recommended to the dealership and they have purchased vehicles and get their vehicles serviced there as well. I've even shared the information with a friend of mine who owns a Genesis but from a different dealership and she's going to go to Puente Hills for service as well!

Service appointment on 2013 Santa Fe
Javier Esquivel is our service advisor and always gives us excellent service. He keeps good records on our car and we review with him future service needs to help us not get surprised with a big bill. I always enjoy the popcorn, sweet rolls, and hot dogs when I wait for the car. The waiting room is clean, well lit and comfortable.

Absolutely trustworthy
Whenever I take either of my 2 Elantras in, I know that they will be serviced expertly and delivered back to me at the time promised. They always check the service history of my car and over good suggestions as what needs to be done. I am never pressured to do something I don't feel is needed at that time. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.


My service writer, Javer Esquivel, * * * * * * ( 6 STARS, 5 is not enough )

Quick service... sometimes!
The "new guy" told me that it was going to take 3 or more hours to complete my service. He also said that I should make an appointment. I decided to wait and the service manager got the job done in an hour. This has been the quickest I have ever been in and out of that dealership. The usual wait time is over 2 hours with an appointment. The 5 stars only applies to the service manager and this specific visit. You would not want my rating on prior visits.
