Overall good experience

We had a really good idea of what we wanted. Jason pulled up the options, we told him which Tundra we wanted to drive and he pulled it up a few minutes later. The purchasing process went smoothly.

Buying a car for college

Buying the first car with my grandson to go to college. First, we did our research to determine what was the right car for him. Being 6'4" the car had to fit him physically as well as have the essentials he wanted and the safety features his Mimi insisted on. The Toyota Camry fit the bill. Having bought several cars there, we made an appointment with Jason Weber. He listened to what Matt wanted and helped him find the right car. It has the sporty features to make Matt happy and the safety features for parents and grandparents to worry less. Add that Jason knew the prior owner and the history which he helped us verify. The result: everyone is happy! This is the 4th vehicle bought there over 20 years and I will go back.

Excellent Service!

My experience at Vancouver Toyota was the polar opposite of my previous car buying experience. Jason & Nathan got us through the buying process with top notch professionalism as well as a personal touch. Buying a car still takes hours. But they both made it feel easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Great! Easy to work with and very patient.

My overall experience in purchasing this Toyota was excellent. Jason made it seamless.

My overall experience was excellent, with Jason, my salesperson providing me with a detailed inservice on all the new technologies and security features that the automobile has. Also, I contacted him with another question several days later via email and he responded promptly and provided the answers I needed. I highly recommend this young man when you visit this dealership.

Vancouver Dealership asset to our community

Communication during the waitlist time was very good. We didn’t feel like we were in the”dark”.
The buying process was streamlined. Everyone we dealt with was cordial and friendly: Phil, the general manager, Jason Weber the salesman , and the finance manager. They do their jobs well and it is sincerely appreciated.
The only problem has been the miscommunication with the Detail Dept. Apparently the wrong paint protection layer was applied first. Not sure how that is going to impact the long term durability of the purchased paint protection package

Ordering and receiving a rav 4 hybrid.

Throughout the process of ordering buying and receiving my car the sales staff were extremely patient and helpful. I ended up getting a trim level higher in around half of the projected delivery time because of the diligence of the sales staff. From the initial order to the day of delivery I felt like my business mattered. Day of delivery I was made to feel like I was a priority and that I was being taken care of. I’m extremely impressed with the professionalism and the care taken by the sales staff to really create that welcoming environment. Excellent experience start to finish

Excellent check-in, check out but...

Jason was fantastic, no question! When I get home there's always a double check as to what the tech actually did. On this service the technician didn't clip down the engine air filter housing and there was spilled oil dripping down from the inside of the skid plate. Sloppy! Disappointed that they didn't take the additional time to double check everything.

We were told we might have to wait weeks by several dealerships including Vancouver Toyota but the following day a car, just like the one we wanted became available. We were able to view and test derive that night and did all the paperwork the next day. Jason Weber was great and made everything as easy and professional as possible. We love our new car!

Employee of the Year?

Words can’t describe how we feel about Jason. Everyone has their favorite individual to work with when they come to Vancouver Toyota. In service, it was Mike Hoff, who now is in the Finance Department. In Sales, it is Jason. He's one of your greatest assets. We always look for him when we stop in Vancouver Toyota. When he sees us, he always approaches us with a smile and greets us by our first names. He makes every deal so easy and enjoyable. Our recent purchase is the seventh vehicle that we have bought from Vancouver Toyota and our third from Jason. He rocks!!!!!
