Better do better next time
It took over 2 hours to have a simple oil change. They neglected to wash my car as asked. Needs a lot of improvement. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I had an appointment too!

Failed to advise they were keeping my car overnight. The next morning they never called or returned any messages regarding my car status.
No, service was terrible. Nobody answers the phone or voicemail messges regarding the status of my car. They kept my car overnight without telling me. They opened the next day at 7 a.m., but nobody picked up the phone or called to my messages from the night before and in the morning. I even left messages for the service manager - no response. I finally just went there at 8:30 a.m. and was told they had an issue the day before so they couldn’t do the job then. I was told I would have to wait another 1.5 hours for them to do it (lies). I demanded my car (so I could go to work) and after 5 minutes my car appeared and the work had been done. I understand problems happen, but failing to answer the phone or return any messages shows a lack of any consideration for cutomers in this “Service” department.

No respect for time
I had the first appointment at 7:30am for an oil change. I did not receive my car back until 10:30am. There was no communication about the amount of time/delays in service. The service center should not overbook appointments.
