I had to spend more time at the dealership this time, longer than in previous visits, because the staff took others before me. My appointment was at ten and I didn't get called until eleven, others who came in after me were called before me. Wanted to do things to my vehicle that were not scheduled. I was there for two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Not acceptable.
