Took my vehicle in for free maintenance oil change. After the fact when I was charged for it , I guess I should have ask if this mileage acceptable .I feel they should have told me that it was not in the time frame and scheduled me for a later date. I also think Hyundai is as much at fault. If they are going to give you x number of oil changes ,then let the customer decide if they want want their oil changed sooner and after the free changes are used then the customer can then pay for their maintenance.

Great service at Straub's but on a less than stellar product, a 2013 Hyundai Sonata

The service at Straubs was excellent. However, I would not recommend the Hyundai brand. We had two electrical issues with your car. Our car once caught on fire in a Straub service bay (not due to Straub's fault). Our 2013 Sonata has been the subject of several recalls and repairs. We have no fault with how the car drives, rides or its gas milage. Thursday I bought out third Mitsubishi and shall continue to buy Mitsubishi.

Traveling west on way to Fl our 2020 Santa Fe was due for its 12,000 mile oil and filter change. The service advisor was great and said she could get the work done within a half hour. Since we were a non customer from out of state that was exceptional. The issue is the tires were supposed to be rotated and they were not. The warranty claim said they were. I now have to pay to have the tires rotated and the reminder sticker for the next oil change is for 4/3/22 at 14,994 only 3,000 miles not 6,000 for a 2.0 turbo
