Moisés was such a great knowledgeable sales person ! Very informative. He heard our needs and wants clearly and he executed!! Very friendly kind and humble young man. He definitely hears you out and works with you . I’m extremely happy with my purchase and car choice. I love my Tucson!
I was very interested in buying a Tucson, but unfortunately there was only one left on the lot. I took a test drive with Sam and said I’ll be back because I was still shopping. Edwin helped provided some information on the car too, he’s super funny. I test drove a RAV4 and hated the way it drove. It was nothing compared to the newly remodeled 2022 Tucson. I came back one hour later and requested Sam because he was super friendly. I really wanted a black Tucson, but unfortunately they only had a red on the lot. He made everything very quick and run smoothly. Sam and Juan were very negotiable. The last step was with finance. I forgot his name, but he was very nice and made paperwork very quick! I was at the dealership for about 2 hours, which was definitely better than staying all day. I would recommend Sam for anyone interested in buying at Hyundai Vacaville!

Good sales people, but finance made me uncomfortable
My sales representative was great! However, when I canceled my extended warranty, the finance manager was very clearly upset with my decision and I was very uncomfortable. I know dealerships have their goals and their quotas but ultimately you have to take the customer's individual situation into consideration and not push them to make purchases with which they are not comfortable.

Happy with my new car
I’m very happy with my new Hyundai Tucson, I’ve been a Toyota fan for the past 20yrs but I don’t like to pay any interest rate and for the past 6 months they haven’t offer 0% so I went and try Hyundai and I very happy that I did, I have a new car with 0% and so far I’m very happy with my purchase, Toyota lost a customer to Hyundai.

Jose was able to help me with everything. The total time I was at the dealership was only 2 hours! Upon purchase, the back seats of the car were dirty but Jose scheduled me for a detail and got it all cleaned! Really helpful and friendly staff.
