I had a great first time experience with Braman. I was worried since I liked a lot our maintenance guy, but these guys at Braman took it to another level. They were very informative, polite and I give them an A for AWESOME.

My experience, which was an emergency, was handled very well by all. The car wasn't ready when promised, but it cost me nothing and the people were courteous and very helpful.

I was very pleased with the coordination and speedy solution re: my flat tire. I was directed to Silvio who ordered the Michelin tire & let me know that it would be delivered the next day. Silvio also called me as soon as the tire was delivered and lmk that I didn't need an appt for service. Gary, my Service Advisor was very prompt/courteous once I arrived at Braman and promised that the job would be done in 30 minutes; which it was. I greatly appreciate the consistently, professional and friendly service at Braman!
