BUYER BEWARE - Epitomy of Stereotypical Fast-Talking Car Repair People
They will say anything to get you on your way, and then when you pick up your car, SURPRISE!! They say they have no loaners, but do have a relationship with Enterprise. They are a bit of a mess and will charge YOU for the free loaner, and then good luck trying to get your money back. They will reimburse for Uber up to $40. The Advisor did not write up all my items needing attention; parts did not have all the parts needed requiring an additional trip to a dealership; advisor mistated what he was charging for. All the reasons people try to avoid dealerships.
