Gary was incredible
That was my first time service,
Gary was AMAZING!
He took care of me so fast, showed me around the facility, and made sure I know exactly what’s going on.

He called me back to let me know my car is ready for pick up (which is not obvious, some places “forget” to call back)

And also made sure everything is ok after the service.

It’s people like Gary that makes a company grow and gives a great reputation for the service center.

I only wish I could give him more than 5 stars

Good customer service
My experience was an excellent experience this time around than 4 months ago. The rep that helped me this time was Gary. He took care of things that the last rep failed to follow up on. I normally go to him but when I got my car serviced 4 months ago he was out sick so I went to someone else. Worst mistake ever. However, like I stated above this time problems that wasnt taken care of before was taken care of this time around thanks to Gary. Highly recommend him to anyone.
