An excellent customer service rep
In my early critique of your customer service reps who were inattentive when I brought my car in for servicing, I neglected to mention (in more detail) the one customer service rep who WAS outstanding, not only in his courteous professionalism, but also in his concern for resolving my recall issue. His name is Gary Desrosiers and he should be put in charge of your service department. When Gary saw that I was ready to leave and was quite irritated, he immediately came up to me and asked if he could be of assistance. In no time at all, he had set aside what he was doing and tended to my paperwork and got my car serviced right away. If all customer reps were like him, this world would be a wonderful place. Thank you, Mr. Desrosiers for re-establishing my faith in the Braman brand. In the future, when I need service, you'll be the first rep I contact.

Nice installations, Staff prompt to help
I live in kendall and I still drive to this branch because their service has no comparisson
The staff knows what they are doing, mechanics are well trained an the installations are way more than average.
While the branch in Kendall was arguing with me to trade the car for being an old model while i sat in the sun, the miami branch made sure all the needs were covered while i was waiting on a very comfortable waiting room.
I very highly recommend this branch and particularly recommend Gary as your service provider. He event waited after hours for me instead of making me wait till next day to claim my car as I had difficulties arriving back.

lousy customer service
I waited patiently for someone to even acknowledge me after arriving for an 8:30am 'appointment'. None of the customer reps (who were sitting at their desks without any customers) even offered to facilitate my paperwork, ask why I was there, etc. Apparently, the only rep who can do that is the one who lassoed me over the phone. And she showed up late for work. I guess commission and credit matter more than actual customer service in this place!

Suggestion: I recommend that if Braman Hyundai is going to offer a complementary wash, please be more meticulous with the details. Like properly remove dirt, vacuum inside of the car and dry the exterior.
