My experience with Gary was excellent until it was time to check out.
The young ladies at the cashier counter need training on greeting the customers. Im not expecting a full conversation, but a simple HELLO goes a long way. I found it somewhat disrespectful standing infront of someone that the only two words that come out of their mouths are: sign here and $$ that one owes. Once again a simple Hello or Hi goes a long way.

I had a very positive car buying experience with Braman, and love the car I bought. The experience was professional and efficient. I have brought my car in a first service appointment and my experience was no different - I was in and out in under an hour, with all of my concerns addressed. I am really pleased with my experience!
