Service Manager

Garry, Service employee is great. He’s taken care of my vehicle several times and told him the defect my steering wheel has. He acknowledged and said that looks like a manufacturer defect. Service manager said to order part. When I went to do the exchange on the steering wheel he advised damaged was caused by my hand. Don’t know how he came to that conclusion. Made the service guy take off the new steering wheel and put my old one back and claim that damage was done by me. Only reason to go is for GARRY as he will take care of your issues. Still don’t understand why the same service manager that gave the approval to order part is now saying that it can’t be done.

I thought Gary was very professional as he answered any and all questions that I had regarding my service with the car.
Unfortunately, other areas were disappointing - parking, no food or vending machines (at least I didn't see any) and I won't be
taking my car back there for warranty conditions.

Great Experience

I was very pleased with my experience at Braman Hyundai. As soon as I pulled in, someone came over to offer me assistance and pointed me in the right direction for the service I desired. I was very impressed with the wait time for my car to be serviced. The waiting area was clean and welcoming. All employees were very polite and helpful. Once it was time for me to pay, I found out that the person who helped me applied a coupon and I was very thankful for that gesture. I will gladly recommend this business to others.

Not on the same page

I've been taking my car to Braman for years now. Always satisfied with the results. Above all Gary, my advisor, is what keeps me coming back. I have not yet seen someone with such genuine care and concern for me and my car. I believe that this is the type of service Braman aims to provide. However, not the entire team is on this page.

Last I went to pick up my car the cashier seemed to be tired, which I could understand for being almost closing time. We all work and we can feel tired. Yet, we still have to smile and perform our duties at a satisfactory level. Her cordiality and willingness to help was close to zero, not to say that she was lacking patience close to a rude level. Sad fact but true. A 5 minute poor interaction ruined my entire experience. And quite honestly there's nothing worse than not feeling welcome where you are spending your money. Not sure if I'll be coming back.
