Great experience
U shouldn't make people submit a review every time they have work done. Make it quick and simple. Not everyone is comfortable writing reviews. U have a great dealership. I don't think I need to tell u this every time. If there's something I don't like or agree with, I will let u know. I don't like that I can't submit this survey without a review. Next time I won't b doin this survey. Just lettin u know. No hard feelings I hope. Just a simple yes or no or ratings survey will do.

Great service, really helpful staff.
Everytime I go, I am immediately greeted and made to feel at home. There is a detailed discussion of the services needed and at times recommended. The estimated time is generally right on. The person assigned for my case is warm, helpful, keeps me informed ..this visit I had Frank, he is super! I have been extremely satisfied at every visit.

I love Hyundai Service!
They are always professional, informative, and prompt. You really feel like they know what's going on with your car, know when things need to get done, etc. It makes the whole car-owning thing very un-stressful.

I do have one complaint: I went in for an oil change, and was told it was time for my 30,000 tune up. It cost me
$500.

I believe that all the things they did were necessary, but I talked with my parents about what was done and they said they get their car work done by a mechanic - not at a dealer - and have never paid near that much.

So I'm going to shop a mechanic to see if I can have the next tune up done for cheaper.

But I will continue to go to Hyundai for oil changes and I will probably get a Hyundai again in the future, because I think it's a good brand.
