$5000 and my car doesn’t start
I’ve had my car for 7 years and it had no engine problems when I brought it in. I came into the shop for a transmission flush and to fix my stuck window. That would’ve cost less than $1000, and issues kept being found that apparently needed to be fixed ASAP or the car wouldn’t be safe. After $5000 and lots of paid time spent troubleshooting my car died at the top of the shop drive way and now won’t start. I guess there was no test drive? I am told that a new issue was likely uncovered and I’ll need to pay even more to have it fixed. The thing is it ran perfectly fine for 7 years and had absolutely no problems starting or driving before I brought it to the shop. I believe the work that messed up my car should not only be undone and put back to before for free but I should get a refund on services that broke my car.

New car / great referral
A friend recommended Park Place when I became the new owner of a AM 2006 DB9. I hadn't even driven one, and was in over my head. Luckily the referral solved that!

Douglas Taylor is a straight shooter and he takes care of his customers.
I have experienced nothing but courtesy, professionalism, and competence from Douglas Taylor and his crew in the Park Place Service Department. I live in Anacortes, so getting my DB11 serviced is a time-consuming process just from the driving. Doug does everything he can to minimize the inconvenience, If you want to keep an exotic car outside the Seattle metro area, Park Place is your friend. But remember the old adage: “fast, cheap, or good; pick two”. These guys are fast and good.

Annual service for Aston Martin Vantage
Doug, Vince and crew are the best when it comes to customer service and expertise with Aston Martin. They know these cars in and out. From scheduling to keeping me informed of updates while the car is in the shop, to when it's ready for pickup, it's a first class experience. This is the only place I'll take my Vantage for service. Highly recommended!

Experienced, courteous, and communicative Jaguar XF service
The team at Park Place helped with an exceptionally difficult challenge: opening a hood whose cable had seized. My 2009 Jaguar XF threw a low coolant alert and, when I pulled over, the hood latch failed to work. Repairing it required hours of painstaking disassembly (bad design, Jaguar, bad design) but the Jag John finally succeeded. And they put it back together like nothing happened!

The team also undertook a significant operation: replacing the supercharger hoses. Throughout the repair Jag John called me up, kept me appraised, and informed me how much the new work would cost. As a result, when I picked up the car, no surprises.

Highly recommend!

Great Service, Fantastic Crew
Service is always great. Doug is incredibly helpful. His knowledge and ability has saved me time, worry, and money over the years. I should have written this review sooner and cannot thank him enough. I also wish to thank Vincent so much. He's extensively skilled and a really wonderful person. He gave me the opportunity to view and learn about my recent issue. He pointed out the parts and specific failure point, he explained how he diagnosed the problem, and how he arrived at it. A completely fascinating experience. My car is in excellent shape. Thank you all!
