The salesman was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. And I do like the little Kona.

However, the dealership did not do an inspection of my trade-in vehicle prior to making the deal, and they later found a problem with my trade-in and have complained to me about it. I was unaware of the defect with the trade-in. I think they should have done an inspection before the deal was made, to avoid this headache.

Best buying experience I’ve had.
Let me just say I hate buying cars. I went to two other dealerships (not Hyundai) and the experience there with the people was enough to make me walk out. Hyundai of Louisville was our 3rd dealership we looked at and I wish it had been the first. The Tuscon has so much more than any other vehicle had to offer in my price range. Our sales guy, Keith, was great. Super knowledgeable about the car. Absolutely no pressure and we came to a fair deal. My next vehicle will definitely be purchased here.

Exceptional service at Hyundai over Louisville. The entire buying process is very smooth. To test drives and negotiation of price, to the explanation of all the paperwork in the Loan office. This dealership is honest and looking to get you in and out with as less stress as possible.

Satisfying purchase experience
Pleased with my purchase experience. Sales agent met me at convenient location with the Palisade I was interested in for a test drive and to see my trade in. Final price negotiation over phone, then my new Palisade was delivered to my home (that same evening) where we completed paperwork and the driver took my trade in vehicle. Everything completed without me going to the dealership.....they made the entire process very convenient for me!

Carlos was and is awesome. He has continued to help me along even after my purchase is complete. He has been up front and honest throughout my experience. The finance manager spent considerable time working with Hyundai Finance to lower my APR. This time was greatly appreciated. The gentleman that finished my paperwork with me answered all of my questions and explained the terms of the contract in easy to understand language. He gave me recommendations for local places for different accessories and was extremely nice overall.
