Everyone in service dept. is very nice
Although everyone said hello to me, my car was the only one waiting for a service rep to write it up. I stood there for at least 10 minutes or more before someone came out. In the past they were always there waiting on me and even opened my door. Also had asked for the complimentary car wash when I scheduled my appointment online and it was done half-ass. Not like in the past. Disappointed this time. Everyone has a bad day so will try your service department one more time. I gave 5 stars because of past service and the lady who checked me out was so pleasant and I overheard her interacting with other customers. She was awesome.

The Best!!
Went in for a recall on my car. My service advisor, Daniel Torres told me that my battery was on the low side and I needed the 30,000 mile oil change. Would I be interested in having this taken care of. I have been going to Hyundai service since I bought my car. I’m a widow with absolutely no knowledge of how much maintenance I need. I depend on my guide book and my mileage to see that everything is up to par. Thanks to Daniel and the technician Mark Boswell my car is running like new. A nice car wash and I was on my way!! Thanks again!
