Upon reviewing the repair issues from my previous visit, service did handle the area pertaining to them to my satisfaction. The repair was done in a timely fashion to Genesis specifications. The completed repairs were communicated with full explanations to all areas requested.

Brought my car in at 9:00 for scheduled maintenance for a 12:00 appt, they brought it right back and I was driving out before noon! That’s really good service!

Great service
Brought my Tucson for service. They found that my battery failed and it was still under warranty so they replaced. I had no idea there was a problem and so happy they caught it!! We purchased my Tucson from here and love the sales and service we have gotten ever since!! Customer for life!!

Service people always greet you and take care of you right away
Took my Sonata Hybrid in for a recurring issue, and low pressure in one of the tires. Got a loaner as we all thought it would be had to diagnose what was wrong. Three hours later Service called to say my car was ready! Nail found in tire, and patched. Other issue turned out to be loose cable to battery. I was so happy!!!

Always a pleasant experience
The service writers are friendly and welcoming. We normally drop our vehicle off for service. If any additional service is noted they call you and advise of the issue as well as calling you as soon as the work is completed.
