So far so good
BSD system shut itself down 4 times. Technician said no codes but had recall for shifter inhibitor switch so he did that and re calibrated the BSD module, said it was out of calibration. So far so good.

Fantastic job on detailing
I have twin 5 year olds and my car was dirty, my upholstery was destroyed. I took my car in to be detailed with melted crayons on the seat. They were able to get ALL the stains out and my car looks brand new!! I will definitely be back for the next detail. Completely worth the money.

They recommended a lower cost service since I don't put as many miles on my car as the "average" driver. They took care of everything while I waited and had me in and out in less than an hour.

Not St A Hyundai's best performance
Had to tell the person scheduling the appointment that they probably needed more than 2 hours for a 30K mile service. Then got quoted one price when checking the car in for service and charged a higher price when checking out. The person checking me out tells me, no, it's always been the higher price for the 30K service, only to come back 10 minutes later to say the person checking me in was using an old rate sheet. So apparently it hasn't "always been" the higher price. Did she think I was lying?

gets it right the first time
I need to drive 45 minutes from Jax but they get it right. Won't allow either local dealer to service my vehicle again. Pleasantly surprised that Hyundai extended the warranty on the steering flex coupling I needed. Repaired my car for free and never tried to sell me something else. Repaired while I waited. Can't ask for more.

After Warranty Service Agreement Problem
I came in to get my next oil change and was handled pretty quickly. As usual, a service check was done on my car and nothing was needed, other than soon a wiper blade change. A needed car wash and front seat vacuuming was performed.

The next day I received what I thought was a local call it but turned out to be a company wanting me to purchase an extended warranty.
It turned out that caller NOT local but pretended to be. The representative sounded like he was a Hyundai employee, but was not. He wanted me to pay him over $3500.00 for extended coverage. I asked who he worked for and finally admitted that he worked for a company called Endurance. I said I was not interested, but then major pressure was applied. I asked for his phone number but he refused to give it to me. He was very close to being insulting. I finally just hung up the phone.
Hopefully this is not a Hyundai policy, as I would very surprised and disappointed.
As far as my car is concerned, I love it.
