Great Service ! Not so good sales promises.
Person that convinced me to buy service package promised me there would be no charges for regular and warranty service. In the 30,000 mile service there is a recommended $150 emission control check. I guess you can trust the service department but the sales department not so much.

Oil change and tire rotation were the two maintenance performed. Hard to evaluate either on the same day that were done. Toyota did agree to wash the car following maintenance but did after I reminded them. Left car soaking wet. Not sure if it would have dried spotless or not so I spent 10 minutes in the hot sun drying it myself. Disappointed Toyota no longer has an auto car wash.
