Great service
Great service experience . I tried going to gosch Hyundai in Hemet as it’s on my way home from work and Temecula is a little out of my way. However, the service I received was great and will definitely go out of my way to come back .

Staff Assiciates are very polite and helpful
Just want to say thanks especially to James!! He was outstanding, providing excellent service, very kind and respectful and stayed with me till the moment I drive off the lot. My next lease vehicle will for sure be with James.... I also like the service department, fast and efficient and kept me in the loop about my vehicle when it was being serviced. I also got a rental car the first time it was in for service which really helped me significantly

I looked into the last repair and the coupons sent out by our dealership and it appears that we did NOT give you any coupons for the wipers seeing as the coupons were sent out shortly after your visit. Overpriced Service.
They charge over $100.00 dollars for a radiator flush, then charge an extra $25.00 for 1 gallon of anti freeze.
Talk about ripping off the customer.

closest dealership to us
We purchased our Tucson from La Quinta, and they were great. But it is an hour and a half drive to get there, so I take the vehicle to Temecula Hyundai. They are fine also.

Carlos was great. He kept me up to date on work being done and was always courteous and helpful.
The engine had to be replaced in my vehicle with less than 70,000 miles. It took them approximately 50 days to complete the repairs because of the approval process thru Hyundai and getting parts. Just seems like a very long time.

Forgotten in waiting room
I was in the waiting room for 4 hrs. No one came to tell me my car was ready. I finally got tired of waiting and couldn’t understand what was taking so long. I checked and found out they said they didn’t know I was in the waiting room. I told them on arrival I would be waiting. They also said they left a message on my phone about 45 mins prior. NO message! Unacceptable! I wasted an entire afternoon for service that should have taken about 1 hr.
