I liked the lyft service and the text service that was provided.
the only complaint i have is the tech put his dirty hands on the gears/sides/steering wheel and did not clean up.

Great Customer Service
I took my Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change and the mileage maintenance and Carlos was a wonderful representative. He made sure my car got everything looked over and inspected. He took the time to listen and was respectful knowing I was on a tight budget. I appreciate his consideration and help.

Dealership is fine
My trust in what was supposed to be done and actually done is not there. I usually like to watch while car is being worked on but customers are not allowed in shop which I understand. That is why I try to do most of my repairs and maintenance myself. Speaking of which, while I was working on the car 2 days ago, I discovered that all of the tires were inflated to 38 lbs. Info on car states 34 lbs is what it should be. Also it was missing one of the valve caps. Even though this is minor it just reinforces why I don’t like taking my car in to be worked on. I am one that keeps close watch on things like air pressure. Was interesting that they claimed that they told me about the air filters( which they didn’t and from what I could tell were never looked at) and said nothing about oil changes or plugs that I have done and they have no record of in the computer. I do have all receipts and everything logged in the book in glovebox. Probably would not go out of my way to recommend, but I do like the car

I am so very sorry for how you feel about the recall and now the fuel miles. I know we did everything that we could to resolve the issue at hand but when doing the math it looks like the vehicle will get about 305-316 miles to the tank.

Excellent Service at Temecula Hyundai
Made an appointment by phone and took our 2013 Sonata in for an oil change. Everyone in the Service Dept. is friendly and helpful. Carlos- Service Advisor did an outstanding job going over scheduled service and inspection results. We plan to return in the near future for our 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance. Many thanks to Carlos and Service Team for a job well done.

They have been prompt and honest when I have dealt with them. The service dept. has treated me very fairly.
The personnel in the service dept. are very courteous and wonderful to deal with. They kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and completed the service very quickly. I drive 40 miles to take my car to them because the dealer here in town has been rude and refused to honor an ad to purchase a vehicle in the past. The car was still available. If salespeople treat you badly you aren't likely to return for anything else.
