Got me in and out pretty quickly for an oil change and light bulb change. i had emailed in advance to make sure they had the bulbs i needed. While there, they found my brakes were getting thin. unfortunately, i have to bring it back in for that, which is a pain.

A girl called and confirmed my call. When I asked her how long and how much, she told me about $325 and 11/2 hours. Both w doubled!

The only reason I’m using your service dept is because of Carlos
Dominic was to order a part for a new vehicle that light was out. He never did I had to call back and asked for Carlos and he had to order the part and in all it took 2 weeks.
Carlos is the only one I will deal with. People in your service dept need training

Doing what it takes
Great customer service tacking notice to customer needs is important to me and at Temecula Hyundai I feel like I’m being listened to. I own both Mercedes and bmw brands and there is no comparison to the service at Hyundai

Not the closest Hyundai dealership - but has been the best until now.
This anonymous posting is for the benefit of the management of the TEMECULA HYUNDAI. For over 98,000 miles they have supported our purchase and maintenance of this 2013 Santa Fe. All contact was excellent until the approach to the 100,000 mile mark. Something evidently changed. We won't be back.

Unacceptable gas mileage
What you can do to earn all 5 stars is make my vehicle deliver the gas mileage the new car window sticker states I should get. I see no reason for Hyundai to put an additional 40 miles on my Kona when I have given a detailed record of my gas mileage.

If it wasn’t for Carlos in your service dept. there would be nothing positive to say about about this place. You need to hire sales people
Who are as caring and honest as your service mgr. To answer your next question, I would recommend this business to a friend only for service. I would never buy another car from you again. This is my
third Hyundai I have bought since 2015.

the price of the factory way too expensive for this car. price for car was excellent but factory requirements for warranty too expensive. I would expect a battery to last more than 3 years and 30,000 miles! It has in all my other autos with same electronic drains. So its hard to recommend your product if longevity not a part of your plan! Too many computer glitches that have not been addressed although it has been brought to their attention! Maybe there is a problem with the computer that is causing a drain to the battery , or the battery is of poor quality?

Awesome service
My car broke down late at night in Corona. Called Riverside Hyundai and they were not helpful at all playing dumb so I tried Temecula and Carlos was absolutely awesome and so helpful. Told me to bring my car right in and when it was decided the car needed to stay at the dealership he even helped me with a rental car. Temecula Hyundai is the best and always goes the extra mile.
