Great Service
Chris did a great job listening, first, to what issues I'd been having with my car. He then listed options for each issue and provided quotes/estimates. When I had concerns about pricing, he was very understanding and helped establish priority of service.

Took vehicle to perform lifetime oil change and mentioned a random vibration when step on brakes It has been there for two years. They came out and told me I had deep grooves in my rotor and needed to have the rotor and pads replaced. It didn't seem right to me because my brakes have NEVER made any noise and my vehicle stops smoothly. Took my vehicle to another mechanic and he looked at brakes and didn't find anything wrong with pads or rotors, no deep grooves. Was told they would last another 30-50.000 miles. He said the random vibration was a computer/engine thing. Had nothing to do with the brakes.

Excellent Product - Excellent Service
The staff at Murdock Hyundai-Lindon has been extremely personable from the front door clear back to the cashier, service, and parts departments. Nevertheless, it has not always been a perfect ride and we have also experienced glitches along the way. While these bumps have led to some unfortunate extra trips, employees have made every effort to smooth over the rough spots.

Furthermore, some of the delays were the result of service personnel discovering that parts ordered for our Palisade were not the proper parts. As a result, employees diligently exercising due diligence in catching these errors before installation, actually increased our trust in the quality and professionalism of the repairs being performed.

With every return visit, we increasingly appreciate the choice we made to purchase here at Murdock Hyundai.
