Very Professional, Clean Work Place, VERY NICE PEOPLE!!!
The work was very professionaly done, on time as promised, did the work as needed and went the extra mile to check my brake pads, tire pressure, and under the hood. I highly recommend this team at Mike White Ford. JOB WELL DONE!! I have had work done in the past and will continue in the future!!

One of my best experiences ever
My vehicle would clunk when I put it in reverse. It didn't always happen but it started the day I bought the car, new in 2017. I'd taken it back to the dealership where I bought it and they sorta blew me off and said it's normal. They told me it had floating brake pads and the clunk was the pads shifting when I put it in reverse. I let it go for awhile but looked online to see that it wasn't an uncommon problem for my vehicle but it was somehow related to the transmission. I finally took it to Mike White Ford, thinking they probably wouldn't be able to duplicate it or fix it. Much to my pleasant surprise, they were able to duplicate it and fix it. The best part...it cost me NOTHING!

Car Repair. Wouldn't start consistently.
Fast, effective service.
Provided car during service period. Feel confident they did the best work at a reasonable cost. Was there for only five minutes for pick-up, which included: turning in service car, paying for service and having my car driven to me from service lot.

Fast service good advice
my starter problem was diagnosed quickly. Christian gave quick feedback on my options for repair, made suggestion on a couple maintenance items that could be done while my truck was in the garage. Repairs were completed and Christian notified me promptly. Great customer service!
