Pencil Whipped Again!
I brought my vehicle in for a moldy smell thinking the sun roof had a leak. Turns out the cabin filter had not been replaced for what looks like years (it was so filthy, it looked like a mouse had built a nest in it). This is the second time I've brought my car in to address an issue that was supposedly taken care of at a previous visit. Christian and the service staff at the counter were awesome as always, but someone needs to address the mechanics about pencil whipping their way through inspections.

Went in for a recall replacement.
They found that the replacement wasn't needed on my car. I had an appointment for my routine oil change the following week. I live 60 miles away so they did the oil change and tire rotation that day to save me an extra trip. They are very friendly, helpful and efficient.

The shop kept to schedule and serviced my vehicle on time. A detailed explanation of services was provided which was appreciated. There where were no unexpected charges.

Best service and sales staff in town
The guys at Mike White Ford are hands down the best in town. Both the service and sales department are pleasant and knowledgeable. I will continue to bring them all of our vehicles.

Service and Recall
I took my F150 in for a Ford recall and regular service. I was advised about two hours. I stuck around to wait. 45 minutes later, I was informed that it was all done. Great service. Price on the service was better than the quick oil change places. Also fixed a key Faub issue I had. All my experiences from buying to services at this location have been top notch.

Easy Peasy
Christian is awesome, he handled my recall issues and warranty issues. They were short staffed but this man got it done quick. No doubt I’ll be taking my truck there for any future repairs.
