Awesome Service
My change oil light came on so I called the service department and was able to get my Escape in quickly. They checked everything and changed the oil in less than an hour; the counter staff were all friendly and efficient. Unlike most appointments, this was a painless experience. Thank You!

Warranty on a window regulator
I have had my 2021 F150 into Mike White Ford in Sandpoint for services three times, two minor recalls and now for a warranty on a window regulator. I made appointment for each event. All my experiences are spot on. It is exactly what you want to experience when you have a need for a service. Appointments accurate, the time taken to do the work was always less than I expected, the prices for the services were amazingly low and the staff was outstanding. This is a place, backed on all my experiences, I would recommend to anyone needing work on their Ford vehicle.

Efficient, Productive, Reasonably Priced
We purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer from Rokstad Ford a very short time before Mike White Ford took over. We opted to get the Explorer serviced every 5 months or 5,000 miles and the rig now has 75,000+/- miles… so we have had very many servicing experiences from the Mike White employees. The servicing involves many items to inspect, treat if needed, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. It has been very good. The workers are very personable, efficient, & knowledgeable. Each extensive servicing has cost $50+/-. And the Explorer has continued to run very well.

Ready when promised & great customer service
I was able to schedule my oil change for the next day. Dropped my F150 off and had lunch. Before leaving the restaurant, they called to say it was ready. Great customer service at a reasonable price.
