People make the difference
It took a little longer for my oil change on this visit. Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:40 appt.. My car was taken to the garage at 9:49 and returned to the pick up area at 10:30. I requested not to have my car washed as it was raining intermittently. I was not called to the receipt window for about another 20 minutes after my car was returned to the pick up area.

I went in for a major repair and Cheryl Buck was my advisor. I was so worried about what was going to happen but Cheryl kept me in the loop and helped get my repair covered. They had a loaner available and I was able to keep it the whole time my car was in the shop. I believe I had the car for about a week. A dear friend recommended Hyundai of St. Augustine. I knew she was very thorough and I was not disappointed. I felt no pressure to make a purchase, but very glad that I did! Her and my salesman, Jose, has returns any calls and every so often calls-just to make sure everything is fine. I received a good deal for my trade in. Decided to lease. Can always change my mind if I want. The service department is efficient, quick and very pleasant. I readily accepted their offer to wash and vacuum my car. The atmosphere of all the staff is professionally relaxed, and the place is always clean.

We have been coming here since buying our car here 3 yrs ago. The people have been really nice and strive to do a good job each time we have been here.
