Regular Service and a cracked windshield issue
I am very happy with the service from Rodeo Hyundai. Right from the beginning with Tony in Sales and the whole team in Service, it has been a pleasure. there has been some delay with the repair of a cracked windshield, which I suspect is more about Farmers Insurance than Rodeo Hyundai. Keep up the great work!

Cheyanna. When I Went there my last two appointments she's there with a smile acknowledges me and that's what lets me know that may be a minute she keeps me posted when I'm sitting there in the rain waiting for let me know how things are going
I like the cleanliness of the waiting room in the service department. TV, magazines ,plenty of places to sit . like the water of course the donuts. Cheyanna
is a wonderful service tech to work with with and she keeps me informed of what's happening I will definitely come back.

Best Dealership In Town!!!
I have gotten my Hyundai Elantra 2017 serviced at Rodeo Hyundai for the last 2 years. I wish I had found them before, but I am so happy to have found them!!
I've had a battery replaced and new tires and the service department is amazing!! Cheyanna takes care of my needs and her attention to detail and making sure that my needs are met is excellent!!
I just had my latest oil change and they even washed my ar inside and out!! I was also having trouble pairing my phone and Cheyanna took the time to help me and make sure I understood how to keep it paired. Now that's customer service!!!!! Thanks so much for having such a great staff!!!! I'll see you again soon!!!

I always bring my Hyundai to Rodeo Hyundai. The service writers are great, as is the service. My service advisor, Cheyanna, provided me options for completing the 30,000 mile service that would save me money. She's wonderful and always a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic and friendly people, great overall service
Was very pleased with the wonderful friendly staff. Cheyenna was great to work with. I was very grateful and pleased with the speed at which they got my car in and the issues resolved as I was literally getting on the road to move. My one issue is that after replacing my battery they did not bother to reset my car radio but left it dead. Being the dealer, this should have been easy for them to do and other dealers have done this automatically. Now I am left driving across country in silence as I do not have the time to deal with trying to get it fixed.

I felt like I got the typical car dealership runaround where they BS their way through errors. That being said I am happy with the work that was done so far.
Not sure if I would recommend them or not at this point. My concern is the trustworthy factor.
If I did refer them it would be a convenience factor only at this time.
