FIRST:So I’m servicing my cars here for the past 4 years and i really like the atmosphere and the people but today was something else when this service advisor with the name of Cheyanna ruin it.
Before she asked me anything she assumes I’m a new customer
SECOND:when the guy was looking to test the battery...he opens the hood and then because he didn’t see it he opens my trunk...at that point i said the battery is not there and then Cheyanna says “Sir that’s wrong your battery is there” and again i said NO IS NOT and she said “Then where is the battery if you know”....i didn’t answer.She’s looking at the car and she’s telling the other guy “He’s right this is an IONIQ the battery is not in the trunk”.This is disrespectful and this proofs she needs to study more about cars or maybe this position is not the right one for her.
THIRD:When i’m almost ready to pay for the service(Syntetic oil change 0W20)i see the price is alot more than last time i did this service....and i asked did you guys raised the prices because this is not what i payed last time?She reply by saying NO we didn’t this is the price that we always had.I said OK and i paid the bill.
I got home and i pulled the invoice from 4 monts ago and the difference in the price between the recent invoice and that one was $20 more.This is ridiculous.
Again she doesn’t have the knowledge required for this job.
She had an attitude with me since the beginning ... NOT pleasant at all.
I definitely don’t recommend her as your service advisor.

I have been taking my Veloster and Elantra there since 2017, my son has taken his Elantra, Sonata and Santa Fe, and we both have always had amazing service. I call Cheyanna for all of my service needs, and Victor always has a great team to work with. I highly recommend this dealership, they really do go above expectations every time. Thank you!

Friendly, professional personnel
We had a question not pertinent to our service which our rep couldn't answer, but another rep kindly stepped in to answer.
Our car was serviced and returned to us in the agreed upon timeframe and clean.
Cheyanna took time and care in letting us know the cost of our service - which was turned out to be an accurate total.

Cheyanna always keeps me informed about the progress of my car when being serviced. During my last visit I needed an additional service to be completed. She made it possible for it to be done with this service visit so I didn’t have to go back another time. Thank you also to Arvin (service tech) for completing the extra service.

I have continued to have my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced at Rodeo Hyundai and had a great experience working with Cheyanna Angevine over the last few years. She has been a positive and professional leader in the service dept. Her courtesy and prompt responses during the service calls will keep me coming back to have our vehicle serviced.

The service is always on point and never been told no we cannot do this or we have a full schedule. The dealership usually does not have parts and the wait is longer or have to reschedule.

Exceptional service in every way!
I recently went to RODEO HYUNDAI for a scheduled maintenance, Cheyanna was the service writer.
I was concerned about a rattle, (vibration) from the muffler/tailpipe area. Cheyanna and the mechanic determined it was the muffler.

Long story short, muffler was under warranty, being the original owner. Muffler was ordered, installed a few days later and RODEO provided a “loaner” car until I could pick up our car.

Now THAT IS SERVICE!!!! THANK YOU RODEO HYUNDAI !
