Slow, and expensive
They could do a lot better at communicating. I am still waiting to hear from them on a few items. I wished it was a better experience.

Was expecting better communication
I have usually always had great experiences here, but this time they missed the mark a bit. My car sat ready for two days, and no one called me. I hope this was a one time occurrence as I'd like to come back.

Horrible experience with Bill.
Bill was rude, and condescending. This is not the way I expect to be treated, especially after all of the money I have spent here over the years in car repairs.

Poor customer service
I had an issue with my Nissan Altima. Bill quoted me one price, then charged me almost double. I never said OK to the price difference. I am not very happy as I have been bringing my cars there for over 10 years.

Could have been better.
They usually do pretty well, but this time the customer service level was lower than I'm used to. Willing to give them another try, we will see.
