hyundai provide top notch service as expected
When I got my car service at st.charles they got my car in right away (that is when I had my appointment). They were faster in getting the job done than the previous hyundai dealerships I had my car service basically for the same thing.

first scheduled maintenance
I was a little confused at first about how to schedule my first scheduled maintenance online. I think my email confirmation was sent to my spam mail. Once I arrived, the personnel was very friendly and helpful. It took about 1 hour for oil change, air filter, tire rotation , and top off of fluids.

Friendly staff, great facility.
This was first maintenance service on my 2017 Santa Fe. I appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. My only complaint is the time it took. My appointment was at 10:00 but my car wasn't pulled into service bay until almost 11:00. I had also requested a wash, but after service was completed, my car sat in wash bay for 1/2 hour. Evidently, they were backed up, so I had to leave without the wash. However, the service advisor offered to have my car cleaned exceptionally well next time as compensation. Overall, with the exception of the timeliness, I was satisfied with the service and will return even though I live in Illinois.

Service department team Bob, Chris and Brad are knowledgeable service techs/representatives of St. Charles Automobile. My maintenance of oil change, tire rotation was performed quickly and I was pleasantly surprised to see they vacuumed and washed my vehicle. Thanks Team Hyundia!
