Usually the best service.. the last visit took 2 hours for an oil change and routine service.
Overall with add on filter change cost plus labor was too expensive. I have bought 4 cars and expected better service for a repeat customer.

asked for a simple task, install valve cap they didn't... why what's so hard about putting a valve cap on...

Did Not Wash or Vacuum as requested
The service on my car was very good as usual; however, I asked for them to wash and vacuum my car and it was written down and that was not done. This is the second time this has happened so I was a little disappointed when I picked it up. Other than that, call was very good.

The Service folks are unable to fix a shifting issue with the transmission.

They also forget to perform all the services that I requested to be performed.

I took my car in and had them change the oil. They decided to rotate the tires and put on the paperwork that I requested it. I did not. Then they tell me my back breaks needed to be changed. My fiancé and his mechanic buddy went out to change them to find out it was the FRONT breaks that needed it. The back ones were just fine. The customer service was awesome! But just those issues was the only problem I had. I will be going back cuz I prefer the dealer change my oil other than somewhere else.

Brad in service dept was polite, very helpful, and followed up with service shop to make sure my issue was take care of in a timely manner. Both the mechanic and Brad were definitely on their J.O.B.!!! While my car was being serviced, I discussed the potential for a lease on a new Santa Fe for my wife.
