Quick and friendly

A few scheduling quirks, a few finishing touches aren't quite right, but for the most part, done quickly and almost appropriately.

Warranty is not as good as it seems
Purchased car new. Freeway computer. Undercarriage protector started falling off during snowstorm. Took it in for repairs... glad I have a car with a warranty.... did not matter though. Was told they would not fix it because it's not covered. It's the same as if I tried to bring it in for warranty work if I had hit a curb..... had oil change done still. Mechanic reattached what he could which was awesome while he changed my oil. Still had to cut off a chunk after it fell off driving home though. Would be one star if mechanic was not awesome.

When submitting a warranty claim into Hyundai we have to send parts into them to assure no outer damage has been done and only a defect in the manufactured part. Since there was damage, that is why we couldn't cover it. Again, I apologize for the frustrations and want to help in anyway we can. Same old problems...
The original sale of the car at Murdock Hyundai of Lindon was amazing, Jacob Banks is by far one of the most amazing car salesmen in the business. But every single time I have come in for warranty work or maintenance work, something more gets damaged, without fail every single time, look up my file, I'm sure it's all there. The past few times you guys have admittedly said that I am lying about the damage caused even though I spot it even before leaving the parking lot and refuse to fix things that were caused by your ignorant mechanic's and bodyman who seem to have no idea what they are doing, or are too rushed and aren't given enough proper time to fix things.

The customer service has become god-awful, especially in the past year in a half, (Only dealing with the service side) you get treated like you're a piece of trash and continually get told wrong time frames.

I have had tint ruined, panels broke, panels scratched, wheels dinged, panels put on wrongly, broken clips, ripped seats, dents, broken license plate protectors from your horrible automatic car wash, "accidentally" resetting all my after market sound system settings that I pay to get fine tuned, and most recently putting my staggered wheels on the wrong ends of the car, causing me to lose control on the freeway and having to take it to another shop and pay to fix your mistake.

When I have one of your top dog cars, and I bring it in, in pristine condition, go out and look at how many three year old car are in as good of condition as my Genesis. and every time I bring it in it gets treated like crap, and then you guys have the gull to place blame on me, and refuse to resolve some issues caused by your techs, it's rubbed me the wrong way. It just blows my mind that literally every single time I've come in for work you guys have caused more damage to my car, and this has happened even before I got my 2013 Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec, this happened with my Tiburon too when I would bring it in.

After the amazing sales process I had so many of my friends and family within' months switch to the hyundai brand and buy cars from you, but now I regret even telling them to come in after the absolute piss poor service I've received for literally YEARS now.

Normally I have no issues, but the service staff acted too busy to answer simple questions and then sent me on my way assuming I wouldn't ask why my car didn't get washed either. And my service light wasn't reset in the process. Just frustrated.

Unfortunately, our car wash isn't operable much these days because of the cold temperatures and it freezes up. If you want to stop in any day and we can get it washed, that won't be a problem.
