Negotiations on trade in was difficult
Finance no issues. Knowledgeable. Competent. Zero issues with our salesman. Adrian kept me informed constantly on the availability of my car being built. Took a Sonata for a test drive. Explained features. Set my car up electronically. We felt he was on our side on final price negotiations. Lack of honesty and respect was from personnel setting trade in value.

Got taken on trade in by dealership
Offered $ 7540 for trade in by used car manager. Settled for $ 9000. Felt was 500 to $ 1000 low, was right. Put car on their used car lot for $ 13,995. This was our sixth new car purchased at this dealership. Never again.

Car buying process was fast and easy
Had the best experience buying a car at Hyundai, Adrian is a fun and easy person to work with. He has even followed up with me to make sure everything is going good with the car and making sure he answers any questions I may have.

Comfortable experience
Our sales person was patient and eager to make us happy in our decisions. Understandably choices of availabe units were limited but our sales person worked hard to help us find something we wanted. It's our second Hyundai, the first giving us 10 years of great service. We're happy to be back in the Hyundai family.
