My car had to be towed in. They were able to fit me in. The starter had to be replaced. I, also, had
issues with something getting clogged in the a/c system. They took it apart. They were not able to find the issue though when they put it back together it fixed the issue and they didn’t charge me for it since he didn’t know if he really fixed it. I appreciate the honesty. I would recommend them for sure.

I needed an oil change and suspected I might need to have some break work done as well.
I set up an appointment to bring my F-150 in on a Monday, before I brought it in I started getting lo
w oil pressure warning when ever I slowed down but as soon as I sped up it went away this became annoying. Joy Automotive allowed me to drop off my truck on friday night so it would be on site for my appointment. I explained my new issue and they assured me it would be well taken care of. I did not need break work but I did need rear shocks. This is my third service through Joy Automotive and I am very happy I found shop where I can trust the work.

I took my 2008 VW Passat to the shop and the team did a diagnostic test of my cooling system due to a
leak. The cost of the repair was half of the value of the car and I opted to not do the service however they were super helpful and recommended the actual part to me if I could find the time to do it myself. They also broke down the order of operations as far as which problem to fix first second and third because the first problem is solved may also solve the second and third problems without having to change anything I found that super helpful.
