I set up an appointment to bring my F-150 in on a Monday, before I brought it in I started getting lo
w oil pressure warning when ever I slowed down but as soon as I sped up it went away this became annoying. Joy Automotive allowed me to drop off my truck on friday night so it would be on site for my appointment. I explained my new issue and they assured me it would be well taken care of. I did not need break work but I did need rear shocks. This is my third service through Joy Automotive and I am very happy I found shop where I can trust the work.

My experience was pleasant. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.
Taking my car for repair is never a feel good outing. However, this time was an exception and I will
never go elsewhere in Pittsfield or surrounding area. The staff was professional and nice, knowledgeable and understood my layman description of problems, communicated with me and most of all, I felt confidence in leaving my car. Everything worked out great!!
