She let me know about consumer rights. She’d call to update me, and when I came in to check, she knew me and greeted me by name with a smile and truthful words. She’s professional, friendly, knowledgeable and top notch! If it wasn’t for her I would have taken my business elsewhere!! Because of her I’d give the business an upgrade to low average rating. ed a Kona 2026 vehicle and had difficulty connecting voice activation for both phone and radio service. I stopped at your showroom in Valley Stream and was most fortunate to get Jean to help me. There were a lot of technical issues, yet Jean was focused on one goal: connection to Blue Link, and then phone and radio.. After what seemed like an hour in various trials and errors, Jean was able to get the necessary links for me. I have to say he was very PATIENT, tech savvy and determined…definitely an asset to your company. I want to publicly thank him in this review.
