I went to Novus on the recommendation of my regular auto mechanic. Damien set me up for an appointmen
t the next morning, and before I knew it they had finished the job. Windshields aren't cheap these days, but Novus quoted a price that was hundreds less than another brand. I am very satisfied with their work!

Called for a glass replacement on my truck, CSA was responsive to set up a technician. Technician arr
ived on time and expertly repaired. Only issue, a different customer service agent asked if I wanted the windshield wipers replaced being new glass. i said yes if that was part of the process (insurance claim). Wipers installed then i received a call that I owed $60.00 for RainX wipers. BEWARE and ask clarification for everything.
