Excellent service
The employees were kind and respectful. They worked quickly but efficiently and the price was less than I expected. I will definitely use them again if I ever need another glass replaced and I will refer them to anyone who needs it.

Windshield replacement
The employees were friendly and they did a great job replacing my window. I would definitely use them again if I have a broken windshield.

Excellent job!
From booking of the appointment to installation they were very professional. I had called the company my insurance recommended and two others and Novus was the lowest price. Staff
was very friendly and helpful. From start to finish it was less than 1-1/2 hours and somehow they managed to reapply my inspection sticker & two other necessary stickers that looked better than when originally applied. I am very happy with their service and will definitely recommend them in the future.

Only glass place i use
We are rough on our windshields at work. Unfortunately, when we break a window, I always go to novus for the best prices and best service around. They take real good care of us, and I would highly recommend

Simple, Straightforward, Excellent
The service provided here was great. I appreciate that they are easy to contact and respond quickly. I had to have my windshield replaced and the price was reasonable. The gentlemen running the place were super nice. Also, the location is convenient & the waiting area was spacous. Should I ever need another windshield replaced, I'll be going back to Novus.

Quick and easy
They got me in very quickly to have my windshield replaced and only took a little over an hour to get it done for me. Super easy process and good results. Overall great experience here

Windshield replacement
Hands down the best! Damien went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable , gave more of his time (roughly at-least a half hour) talking, referring, suggesting and advising! He could have handed me the paper work and explained the follow up but he answered all of my questions and I left feeling comfortable and had a new friend in the glass business. Lets not forget compared to all other quotes he was the most affordable! Like 300 dollars less than all other quotes i had received! I will be going there for all glass needs!
I cant say thank you enough NOVUS! Number 1 odmf you ask me all the way acrossed the board!!! Thank you NOVIS/Damien and all involved! Youre the best!!

I just had them install a windshield 3 months ago and had a great experience. This time, I stopped by after getting a chip in my windshield. They had me in for a repair and back on the road in less than 30min. You can barely tell there was even a chip in the windshield.
