to a relative. It was in tip-top condition due to fifteen years of scheduled maintenance at Automotive Instincts, owned by Tom Langford. In December 2023, I purchased a new Toyota RAV4 Prime and used the dealer’s free 24-month service which expires this month. Yesterday it was wonderful to bring my RAV4 to Automotive Instincts for a quick check-up; chat briefly with Tom and his son Jarrod, sit in their comfortable customer waiting room, and have my car serviced in under an hour!
