I brought bother my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, and Audi A3 in for oil changes, brakes, and tire rotations. I had some other minor issues that they looked at for me and gave amazing feedback. They also showed me all the other preventative items I should soon start looking into. Great staff, great techs, great communication and education. I would give 10 stars if I could!

I had gone to the location in Westerville, for several years and recently moved to Powell and was happy to find out there was another location here. Called and was able to get in to have an oil change and inspection done quickly. As always, was treated courteously and kindly and feel confident with my car in their care.

I dropped off my daughter’s 2017 Volkswagen Jetta that was running rough. They were able to easily diagnose that it had multiple issues going on and we’re able to fix them and get it back running the way it should. Communication was excellent and I was satisfied with the price they charged.

Sad excuse for a mechanics shop. I informed them multiple times I was a single mom on a tight budget. Thats why I had them tow the vehicle as they promised they would beat their competitors $1,000 estimate for an alternator replacement. They lied about when the tow truck would arrive by 3 hours. They didnt respond to multiple calls. I finally got ahold of Emily at 5:12pm. She informed me she knew nothing about my estimate request and the vehicle had just arrived. I was told I would get a call with an estimate between 8 and 9 am. Nothing until after 9am and then I was told it would be $925 for the alternator but there was also an oil leak above the alternator that probably caused the alternator to fail. So in total I was looking at $1,400. I decided to take it to another shop closer to my work. This mechanic informed me there was zero leaks and he even showed me the used alternator where not a drop was present. So your shop LIED to try and get an extra $500 out of me. I never tried to believe the mechanics take advantage of women talk....but your manager sean proved its very real. Sean tried to rush me into fixing the alternator as that was the main issue but that I could come back in a couple months when I get more money to fix the leak. Because if I didnt fix it, I'd be out another alternator in 6 months. Im astounded at the audacity. Ive reported your company to the BBB and left you a 1 star review on Google. Ill be sure to continue finding other outlets to inform others about the care you have for your community, specifically women.
