16hrs, 2days $90. later they still have no idea where the small amount of fluid is leaking from. The check engine code refers to" bypass valve control unit open"
( I'm thinking let's start there)
However, they didn't call me with an estimate, I had to call them to find out if it was out of surgury. Nope, hadn't even entered yet and no estimate or eta.
Shawn was gone for the day, and the young "new" lady says " well Sean will tell you exactly what I'm telling you" ( which was ) They don't know and I had to ask twice for an idea of how much $$$$ it wad going to be. Apparently I needed to write a blank check.
Oh, I didn't mention they put dye in the fluid ($90.) to " determine where it was leaking" the first visit. And, yeah the young lady said.."well the dye sprayed all over the place, And now we have to clean it all up to figure out where in a leak is coming from... And now it'll be $330 to clean it up 1st".....then what ?
Maybe it was just a bad day. It is a Monday. I think I'd rather spend my money in Vegas than betting on them finding the issue anytime soon.

Great service. Had a dead battery, jumped started it and called Wayne's. They said come right over, ordered a battery and had it installed by mid afternoon.
Also checked out my second car's electrical system and all was okay.

I have used Wayne's for years and trust them to do a good job. Great people to do business with!

These guys are absolutely THE BEST customer service I've ever experienced at any garage! Angel (I think that's his name) repaired my issue faster than the coffee maker could make coffee! The girl (I forgot her name too, shame on me) that logged me in is amazing, you really need to make sure you keep her as her CS is what really stands out. Talking with both of them showed that they are extremely knowledgeable. I strongly recommend you bring your vehicle issues here every time.
