Chris Beltran was the sales guy I worked with on my GV70. I really appreciated his working knowledge
of the GV70. My last 'new' car was a 2010 Sequioa and the technology in the Genesis is years ahead of what I'm accustomed with. Chris has been helpful in sending links to the Genesis YouTube series which is another great resource. There was never any pressure when i was at the dealership, just information and assistance. They also had the lowest markup in the area, i.e. taxes and reasonable fees. I had been talking w/dealers from Towson, MD to Petersburg, VA and markups ran from 2 to 8k on the GV70 after taxes.

Safford should offer loaners to its clients. Sharing Shuttles with other Clients living in opposite
directions is a waste of everyone's time and is not efficient.
