64 year old Aurora resident, retired female and active member at Aurora United Methodist Church.
I was greeted by 2 delightful women at the front desk (Possibly mother and daughter). My car has been
making a funny noise "occasionally" that concerned me. They drove the car (it didn't make the noise, of course) I had them put a new battery in so they could run diagnostic codes but all that was needed was brakes (all around). I met 3 of the mechanics, all were very nice and concerned. I even drove one around but of, still no noise, but he assured me that my car is a safe and solid vehicle. It's my 91 year old mother's car so I was delighted to know she'll be safe when she drives it. Also the lobby waiting area was clean, comfortable and inviting. I'll be taking my car back for brakes which they'll take off $65.00...a portion of the diagnosis.

Service was great but a little mad that I had to paid for a service that I didn’t ask for and I told
the guy I was only there for an oil change. They did an inspection sticker too that wasn’t needed til May. Money is tight from losing my job and I didn’t have the extra money for the sticker. I had to borrow some from my mom so I could cover it.
