My appointment was for an oil change and a road trip inspection. On my way there i realized I may als
o need brakes. The staff took excellent care of me, got my car fixed in a reasonable time. I will continue to bring my vehicle to this location.

This shop gets better every year like an expensive bottle of wine. I was beginning to think great cus
tomer service no longer exists until today when the guys at Downriver Springs reminded me it’s still out there but very rare. As soon as I walked in the owner greeted me and then the service tech explained every detail of the repair and the breakdown of charges which was nice. I said it before and I’ll say it again, I will highly recommend these guys to all family and friends and anybody that needs a vehicle repaired.
