I had such a great experience with Arkansas Auto and Fleet! They really took care of me from start to
finish. Jeremy and the young lady at the front desk were both so kind and respectful. They ran a diagnostic test and called me just a few hours later to explain exactly what was wrong, a solenoid needed to be replaced and they were even able to fix it the same day!
A few weeks later, my check engine light came back on, so I gave them a call. They told me to bring the car back in, and this time they kept it a little longer (less than a week), which was nothing compared to when my car sat at Pep Boys for three months. When I went to pick it up, the owner and the same young lady greeted me. The owner was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my car and my experience.
