I have trusted Scott to take care of all of my repair needs for about 10 years if not longer. I moved
to Alabama 17 years ago and don't have any family near-by, but I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of just because I am a senior female. The only time I have gone anywhere else for my auto needs was because I had an unexpected issue occurre while out of town. Even, then, I had Scott check it out after I returned. I TRUST SCOTT! He and Ms.Noreen are also very warm and friendly they really do treat you like family. Even though I have moved out of the neighborhood I still come back to Scott's Auto Repair for my auto needs and sometimes just to say hello.

My car had trouble starting one morning so I had to take it in without an appointment. I was helped q
uickly and the gentleman was very nice, accommodating, and knowledgeable and showed me the problem (battery) and was able to replace it. He also listened to other concerns/issues I had with my car and he kindly took a look and fixed the problems. The pricing is competitive and I completely trust the work that was done to my car. The experience completely changed my morning from bad to great!

They kept us up to date on what was going on. Easily answered any questions we had. We got to visit
the shop and saw 3 men working on the issue. Felt like everything was being taken care of right. It is hard to find a trusty mechanic but I have used them a couple of times and never regretted it. Will continue to use them, as a matter of fact I will be taking the car in tomorrow.
