Back in October of 2025 my 2012 hyundai sonata came to them on a rollback from Firestone. I was upset
as anyone would be but this place here took such good care of not only me but my car. I'm a car girl through and through and always had a big love for hyundai. Jay the mechanic tech and the team did such a good job and fixing a recall part that by God's grace was extended and approved for an engine swap. I would of been devastated if I had to get another car. Even tho they were willing to work with me for a buy back if it wasn't approved luckily it was. I love this place and the team is on point with knowledge of cars but also compassion for its customers. They allowed me to come see my car and didn't judge the love I have for her. Wanted to give this review now as a little update hoping the team see this my car is doing great the engine is strong and we replaced all 3 engine mounts for the new engine thank you all so much. And hyundai is the best ❤️

I was looking for a small Suv. I drove into Red Rocks Hyundai and Eli showed up. He is very young, b
ut so sweet and patient and no pressure. I lived 90 miles away and didn't have my car with me. I had my eye on a used Tuscon, but it took me over a week to take my car down so they could give me a trade in value for it. The only thing I didn't like was being pressured to buy an extended warranty. I did eventually buy one, but at a much lower amount than they first quoted me.
Eli West was a pleasure to work with and if I like my Hyundai and wanted another one, I would definitely buy it from Eli.

I’ve been having problems out of my ac for awhile now in and out the shop on mt Moriah in Memphis Ten
nessee the service manager Cory knight upon our conversation went and checked my car as requested by me to drive the car and see if the ac works he discovered it was the ac compressor which was the problem they order a new compressor and installed it and my ac is performing as it should only thing I had to come out of my comfort zone to get it done I’m sure they see it now just hope in the future the customer actually comes first I would recommend Cory knight and his team for all your Hyundai needs thanks again GOSSETT HYUNDAI MT MORIAH MEMPHIS TENNESSEE ✌🏽
